Application Procedure

MSSC will begin accepting applications for the 2018 season starting August 1, 2017.

Everyone must fill out and submit either via postal mail or scan to MSSC’s email address the following three forms. There are no exceptions, even if you are not planning on renting or taking lessons. 1) MSSC 2017 application, 2) Alyeska Mountain Learning Center form (doubles as a liability release form even if the participant is not renting), 3) MSSC Bus Rider Rules Signature. Parents and participants please be sure to sign in all necessary places. (Application forms below.)

Please note:  Registration will not be finalized until all three forms and payment (or confirmation of approved home school allotment) have been received by MSSC.

Payment:

Payment may be made by check (payable to MSSC), PayPal, or home school allotment if available (please check with your home school administrator). Your check and all completed application and waiver forms should be emailed to matsusnow@hotmail.com or postal mailed to MSSC, PO Box 870982, Wasilla, AK 99687. If paying by PayPal, please fill out the three required forms and email or postal mail forms as soon as possible to avoid registration delays.  If paying by school allotment, a copy of the signed pre-approval form must be submitted to MSSC as well.

Refunds:

Program refunds before January 1, 2017, will be assessed a $50 processing fee. Refunds after that date will only be given under extraordinary circumstances and at the discretion of MSSC. Any refund after January 1, 2017, will be prorated and assessed a $50 processing fee.

A) If paying by home school allotment, contact your school administrator and fill out your school’s pre-order form or purchase order form (depending on the program) and return it to your school (season passes only). Upon approval from your school, mail a copy of the school allotment form and the MSSC and MLC forms to the address listed in B.

B) If paying by check, mail check made payable to MSSC with all 3 signature forms to:
