Everyone must fill out and submit electronic images to MSSC’s email address the following THREE FORMS. There are no exceptions, even if you are not planning on renting equipment or taking lessons. (See bottom of page for link to all three forms.)

1) MSSC Liability Release

2) Alyeska Mountain Learning Center (both pages are required – even if the participant is not renting)

3) MSSC Bus Rider Rules Signature. Parents and participants please be sure to read completely with your child and sign the last page. If your child wants to ride the same bus with a specific friend, please write their name on this page.

Please note:  Registration will not be finalized until all 4 signature pages and payment have been received by MSSC AND you have received an email confirmation from MSSC.

Options and Costs

Option 1 – Schedule 1 or 2 with reduced fee lessons – To be announced

Option 2 – Schedule 1 or 2 with reduced fee lessons and rental gear – To be announced

Option 3 – Schedule 3 (every Saturday) with reduced fee lessons – To be announced

Option 4 – Schedule 3 (every Saturday) with reduced fee lessons and rental gear – To be announced

Payment:

Payment may be made by cash or check (payable to MSSC). Your payment and all completed application and waiver forms can be sent to matsusnow@hotmail.com or mailed to:

Please fill out the three required forms and email signed forms as quickly as possible to avoid registration delays.

Refunds:

Refunds will only be given under extraordinary circumstances and at the discretion of MSSC.

    *Please note that rental participant may change their preference only ONCE during the season and must notify MSSC in writing via email.

Click the RED LINK below to print or download the waiver forms. All participants are required to complete and submit the following three forms (regardless of renting or not). Your application will NOT BE approved until our office receives both the payment AND signed waiver forms. It is acceptable to take pictures with your smart phone of the 4 signature pages and send the images to our email address.
